This policy covers the OpsMind marketing website (opsmind). OpsMind is an AI operations layer for food-and-beverage businesses; the product itself runs on a separate application domain with its own in-product privacy terms. This page is about the marketing site you are reading now.
1. What this site collects
The marketing site is intentionally minimal. It has no account system, no analytics, and no tracking. When you click Book a demo, your own email client opens a pre-filled message — nothing is submitted to or stored by this site. If you email us, we receive the details you choose to send (your name, email, and message) so we can reply and arrange a demo.
2. The live demo
Clicking Try the live demo takes you to the OpsMind application on its own domain and signs you into a shared demonstration account preloaded with sample data. That environment is for evaluation: please do not enter real personal or business data into it. The demo is governed by the application’s own terms and privacy notice.
3. How we use what you send
We use the contact details in a demo request only to respond to you and to schedule and run a demo. We do not sell your information, and we do not add you to marketing lists without your agreement.
4. Hosting
This site is hosted on Vercel, which processes standard server request logs on our behalf. Those logs may be stored outside the Philippines.
5. Your rights and contact
You may ask what information we hold from your correspondence, ask us to correct or delete it, or raise a concern, by emailing guevarajohncedrick0610@gmail.com. We handle personal data in line with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173).
