These terms govern your use of the OpsMind marketing website and its live demonstration.
1. The website
The content on this site describes the OpsMind product and is provided for general information. We may update or change it at any time. Nothing here is a binding offer or a guarantee of specific results.
2. The live demo
The demo signs you into a shared account with sample data, for evaluation only. Do not enter real personal or business information. Because the account is shared, anything you create may be seen or changed by others and may be reset without notice. Do not rely on it to store anything.
3. The AI in the product
OpsMind narrates, prioritises, and recommends over figures that its systems compute — it does not author the numbers. Its output is advisory and is meant to be reviewed by a person; it is not financial, legal, tax, or other professional advice. Decisions you make remain your own.
4. Acceptable use
Do not attempt to break, overload, or gain unauthorised access to the site or the demo, and do not use them for anything unlawful. We may withdraw access that threatens the service or other users.
5. Liability
The site and demo are provided “as is”, without warranty that they will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the marketing site or the demonstration environment. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
